Gaurav has over 10 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. He has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent and design applications on behalf of a multitude of domestic and foreign clients, including individuals, start-ups, and large corporations. He has also handled litigation in patents, designs, and passing of matters for individuals as well as multi-national corporations. He regularly appears at the Indian Intellectual Property Office and High Court of Delhi for representing clients.

He also assists and represents clients in critical IP and Technology Transfer transactions and negotiations, including contentious matters. Gaurav has worked with R&D teams of large corporations and universities to provide training on IP aspects and also assisted R&D teams with strategic and competitive patent intelligence at different stages of the product life cycle.

Apart from regularly speaking at various national and international conferences and seminars as an IP Expert, he also enjoys interacting with students as a visiting faculty at law schools.
